The Broch of Gurness was an impressive Pictish village.

We took time to visit all the strong place. The wildlife was impressive too.

You could imagine easily the quality of men living vs wild and viking strike.

Survival experience needed real physical and spiritual strenght and faith than nowday's generation couldn't imagine.

Hunting and fishing wasn't a leisure or a game but only way to survive.
